Accommodation

We offer a selection of comfortable self-catering rooms and studios, thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of both short and extended stays. All rooms include:

  • Access to a large ground-floor kitchen and dining area, equipped with microwaves, egg cookers, an air fryer, and coffee/tea machines

Our studios feature private kitchenettes with a microwave and egg cooker (no hob/oven) and a separate lounge area for added comfort.

Grocery stores, including Tesco and Lidl, are located just 500 meters away on Thomas Street. Each room is equipped with a dedicated fridge, allowing you to store your own groceries conveniently.

Room Types

  • Double Rooms (for 2 guests) – double bed, stunning views over the River Liffey
  • Family Rooms (for up to 4 guests) – double bed plus 2 other beds – facing the quiet courtyard
  • Studios (for 5 guests) – one double bed and 3 other beds, kitchenette, couch all with river views

Each room offers at least one double bed, complemented by high-quality pull-out beds (converting to doubles) or bunk beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. All have satellite TV with 50+ channels and dining table.

All guests enjoy access to our beautiful rooftop terrace, boasting panoramic views of the River Liffey and the historic Four Courts—one of Dublin’s finest cityscapes.
